WATERFOWL HUNTING TRIPS IN
ALBERTA, CANADA
I would like to begin by thanking you for your interest in Wingshot Guiding Service Ltd.
We hunt the central flyways of Alberta from early September to mid October. Field hunts and Pothole Shoots are conducted over decoys for Greater Canada's and sub-species such as:
White Fronts (Speckled Bellies), Snows, Ross Mallards, Pintails, a variety of Teal, and most all Puddle Ducks.
Top quality hunting equipment and experienced guides & spotters are used to ensure a successful hunt. Dogs are utilized for retrieving, of course; therefore, we welcome hunters to bring their dogs. Man's best friend can even stay with you in your cabin while your here.
Our 2007 season went incredibly well, with bird numbers being reached earlier and earlier each day. Our daily limits of: (8) Ducks, (8) Canada Geese and (10) Snows could continuously be counted on. Hunters bagged not 1, but 2 money banded birds this season so competition definitely came into play within a few of our groups.
